Shree College of Management has developed a comprehensive system of monitoring and appraising the performance of the students on a continuous basis in order to ensure a high degree of professional development and growth. Through the performance appraisal system of the institute, it is ensured that the students will be capable of performing with a high level of efficiency and cater suitably to the needs of the industry. The evaluation system ensures that the students develop an aptitude for working in challenging conditions and creating centers of excellence where they work. The student's performance shall be evaluated through the continuous evaluation system based on assignments, class participation, attendance, presentations, brain storming sessions, case studies, quizzes, seminars, surprise class tests. End Semester Examination of UPTU would complete the total evaluation process.

Attendance
100% attendance is desired in the classes. However, a student must attend atleast 75% of the classes in each course. In case of less than 75% attendance for any reason whatsoever including medical, the student will have to repeat the course on payment of course fee.

Scholarship Schemes
The first position holder in the admission merit list would be eligible for scholarship of 100% tuition fee waiver. All other candidates who have secured more than 90 percentile score in CAT/MAT/XAT and more than 65% in the GD and Interview conducted by the Institute as part of the scholarship process would be eligible for scholarship of 50% tuition fee waiver. This would be applicable for the duration of first year of the MBA programme.
In the second year scholarship would be available to the first three rank holders on the basis of their performance in the first year of the programme.

Corporate Best Performance Awards
To the academic topper in each of the 4 semesters. These are industry sponsored. At the end of the 4 semesters the Chairman's Medal is awarded to the students: n Gold Medal to who ranks first; and n Silver Medal to who ranks second. Merit certificates and prizes are also given to those who rank first in each of the thrust areas, eg. Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Production & Operations Management.

Summer Placements
After completing the first year of study, students are sent for a short training of 6-8 weeks in different reputed organisations on specific assignments. The Summer Training is an integral part of the MBA programme and aims at achieving the following objectives: Application of knowledge and techniques learnt in the first year to real life problems and to test out and enrich one's understanding, knowledge and skills. Gaining deeper understanding in specific functional areas. Appreciating the linkages among different functions and developing a realistic managerial perspective about organisations in their totality. The Institute's Corporate Affairs & Placement Cell locates suitable summer placements in different organisations and assigns students to them. As part of the training, the students are required to submit a Project Report and make a presentation to the organisation, if necessary. The Report and the performance feedback from the organisation are the basis for evaluation of the Project Work at the Institute level. The project report should show that the student is capable of scientific analysis of a problem and can approach the solution for the same in a systematic manner. The project must provide sufficient indication that the student is competent in successful application of acquired management tools and skills to practical problems of industry.

The corporate affairs cell of the Institute along with the placement committee, comprising faculty members and a student team, will work towards strengthening placements. The Institute is committed to provide complete support to arrange for placement opportunities on the campus. The corporate affairs cell will exist for the express purpose of building and keeping effective contacts with firms all over India. The cell will perform liaison work between possible employers and the students.
Prior to the final placement season the Institute will regularly organizes interactive workshops with industry at the campus. The objective of this is to create an opportunity for
a) the industry professionals to interact with our students and assess their calibre,
b) our students to learn about specific companies and identify which lines of business they would like to work in, as per their aptitude & inclination.
We believe that it is important to not take up any placement except that which you prefer. Only then, the work is done not out of duty alone but out of a desire to continuously add value. Add value to yourself and your organisation. This is a hallmark of responsible business leaders and this is what we want our students to be.

Social Initiatives
Our promoter Dr. Mishra has always been actively involved in various social activities. He provides free of cost education and other facilities to various under-privileged girl students who desire to pursue under graduate programmes under Shanti Mishra Shaikshik Niwas Scheme. More than 1000 under-privileged girl students have taken the advantage of this scheme
